At Hub Industrial Supply/division of Maintenance Solutions and Supply/Applied Industrial, the Inside Sales role has an immediate impact on our customers, on our company performance, and on personal earnings. We will ensure that you receive ongoing training and provide you with solid feedback and support to help you reach your goals. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn the business as an Inside Sales Representative and build a successful career!
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for a territory and growing earnings by developing repeat business relationships in existing accounts. You will also be responsible for calling on engineers, maintenance, purchasing and others using your consultative selling approach to learn about your customers' applications and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite at HUB Industrial
- Achieve sales and profit goals by developing new business opportunities and customer retention.
- Develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications and introduce new products and services.
- Prospect for new business leads.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up and negotiate terms and close transactions.
- Complete reports, sales calls, leads and other related reports as required.
- Maintain open communication with customers, follow up on outstanding orders.
We seek:
- Must live within 25 miles of the HUB facility
- Desire to learn our industry.
- Coachable: self-starter attitude.
- Dependable: conscientious.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid planning and organizational skills.
- Familiarity in MRO products is a bonus but we will train!
- Technically skilled: proficient in Microsoft Office.
