Previous related work experience preferred.

High school diploma or G.E.D. required.

• Good math, organization, and prioritization skills
• Computer - Excel, Lotus Notes, Word
• Communication - effective listening, speaking, and writing
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be a self starter
• Required to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment to include postage machine
• Ability to lift 2 lbs
• Ability to work overtime
• Knowledge of mail room a plus
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

Regular attendance required.

• Provides customer service to mail room visitors
• Distributes mail to the appropriate associates when needed
• Organizes and sorts incoming mail on a daily basis
• Stamps mail using a postage meter and logs usage
• Notifies recipients of UPS/FedEx packages for pickup
• Orders mail room supplies as necessary
• Performs daily clerical duties including, but not limited to typing, filing, and data entry
• Creates spreadsheets, memos, and inter-departmental communications as needed
• Communicates with management, supervisors, and associates throughout the company
• Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules

Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
