Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is searching for a Full Time Clinic Assistant to join our team
Clinic Assistant responsibilities
- Schedule medical, lab, or other testing appointments.
- Communicate appointment information to the clinical team.
- Transport and/or accompany clients to appointments or community activities
- Ensure that appropriate documentation is brought to and from medical appointments.
- Assist the Clinical Manager in tracking supplies - place orders for supplies and materials
- Obtain and record client medical information, such as vital signs, weight, etc.
Clinic Assistant Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting.
- Strong medical aptitude.
- Understanding of medical needs and medical terminology.
- A valid driver's license.
- Strong administrative skills and a working knowledge of personal computers
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
- Ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information.
