Accessible Space a national nonprofit provider of housing and cares services to adults with physical disabilities is seeking a Full Time Program Manager for our location in Duluth, MN

Duties include but not limited to; ensure that individual service plan tasks are provided in coordination with residents. Monitor and review care documentation. Submit required/requested documentation to the administrative office in a timely fashion. Ensure 24-hour staff coverage and be available by cell phone except as pre-arranged with manager.  Respond promptly and appropriately to all after-hours emergency calls. Appropriately supervise all Direct Support staff.  Work in partnership with Human Resources to provide all aspects of staff management, including: hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling, and managing performance and disciplinary issues. Maintain a thorough understanding of ASI's Personnel Policies. Build and maintain teamwork among staff. Develop and maintain staff schedules. Orient residents to the program including development of person-centered goals.


Qualifications: A four-year-degree in social services or a related field; or a two-year degree in a related field along with two years of related experience; or four years of successful experience in a related field. A minimum of three years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional/long-term care setting. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff, to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with staff and residents. Proficiency with standard office computers and applications. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent organizational skills.  The ability to set priorities and meet established goals. Direct support experience and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
