The role of this position is to provide administrative support services from centralized locations around the world. This position is responsible for customer and supplier relations, for meeting the productivity and quality requirements of the Global Business Services (GBS) group by following the rules of procedure as well as the SLA Agreements with Customers. Main Responsibilities:- Creating, approving Payment transactions on a daily basis for Europe and NAM.
- Regular reconciliation of accounts that belong to AP.
- Bank account daily reconciliation.
- Report cash requirements to Treasury department
- Regular contact and cooperation with the Alcoa locations, Procurement and the Banks.
- Monthly closing and regular ASAT testing.
- Contributes to the development and improvement of the AP process. Follow the processes of Alcoa quality system and environmental management system.
- Secondary school certificate specialized at finance and accounting.
- English and Hungarian language skills
- Knowledge of the AP bookkeeping and integrated financial software
- 1-2 years of experience gained in accounting areas. Preferably Oracle payment processing experience.
- Accuracy, Customer focus communication skills, ability to work under pressure, problem solving skills.
