About the Role:
As the Foreign Trade Jr Analyst (remote) you will ensure the Invoice Approval process for all import and export expenses. Certifying the service was performed, the invoice values is billed made correctly according to the negotiated price, and that payment occurs at the right time.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Invoice Approval - checking and confirming Invoices related Imp/Exp are in accordance with commercial Agreements for payment processing.
- Issue the Requisition for the expenses.
- Follow up/Control - Control of all invoices received and the deadline. Fully Visibility and knowledge regarding all open Invoices.
- Guarantee that all expenses are being closed into System properly and avoid improper accrual or duplicate payments.
- Be responsible for the export through road.
- Be responsible for Services Invoices processing (FP/FR).
- Support the Import/Export activity and operational controls.
What you can bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in any area of knowledge;
- Previous experience in Foreign Trade, Accounts Payable, Finance or related areas;
- Advanced English will be a differential;
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Windows Office suit will be a differential.
