About the Role:

The People Solutions Transformation and Sustainable Excellence Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving change and enhancing the efficiency of HR processes, systems, service delivery and employee experience.  This  role  supports  the  design  and  execution  of  HR  transformation  initiatives  and  drives continuous improvement projects to align People Solutions with HR and organizational strategy and future business  needs.  This  role  focuses  on  optimizing  People  Solutions  through  process  analysis  and  design, project  management,  data  analytics,  and  the  implementation  of  best  practices  aligned  with  business strategy.

You will achieve this by:

  • Support  the  design,  planning,  and  implementation  of  transformation  initiatives,  including  operating  model redesigns and change management activities.

  • Analyze end-to-end HR processes to identify improvement opportunities, remove inefficiencies, and enhance the employee experience. Leverage improvements and changes in the organization.

  • Design and implement processes and RACI matrix based on the best-in-class. Collaborate with HR teams to standardize and streamline processes, procedures and documentation.

  • Lead  or  contribute  to  continuous  improvement  initiatives  using  Lean,  Six  Sigma,  or  other  methodologies  to increase process effectiveness and standardization.

  • Support  communication,  training,  and  engagement  plans  to  ensure  smooth  adoption  of  new  processes  and tools.

  • Assist  in  managing  project  timelines,  deliverables,  risks,  and  stakeholder  engagement  for  transformation efforts.

  • Work  closely  with  HR,  HRIS,  IT,  other  functions  and  business  stakeholders  to  ensure  alignment  and integration across initiatives.

  • Support HR system implementations and enhancements in collaboration with IT and HRIS teams.

  • Design and implement performance metrics to monitor People Solutions efficiency and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards that highlight trends and improvement opportunities, including HR compliance with internal controls, legal requirements, and HR policies.

  • Lead global projects and initiatives.

  • Solid understand on core HR functions, systems, processes and principles to guide transformation initiatives.

  • Excellent  communication  skills  to  facilitate  interaction  with  different  departments,  stakeholders, ensuring alignment in HR strategy and business goals.

  • Strong  analytical  skills  to  assess  current  HR  processes,  identify  gaps,  design  and  implement changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Excellent  project  management  skills  to  oversee  the  execution  of  HR  transformation  projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.

  • Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and gain their support for HR transformation initiatives.

  • Problem-solving  skills  to  address  issues  that  arise  during  the  implementation  of  transformation initiatives, with the ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner.

  • Knowledge  on  HR  technology  and  digital  tools  to  enhance  HR  performance  and  create  a  more engaging employee experience.

  • Certification as Lean 6 Sigma, Agile, Scrum, PMBOK

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational

Development, or a related field is usually required:

  • Experience in human resources, with a focus on operations, process design and improvement,

  • lead large scale HR transformation projects.
