About the Role:
This new position is responsible for supporting Social Performance Management by integrating social requirements and governance with data-driven insights. The role involves establishing robust processes, developing action plans, creating visualizations and graphics, analyzing KPIs, and implementing new methodologies to enhance social performance. The aim is to ensure that the organization meets its social responsibility goals effectively and sustainably.
Support to Local, Regional committees' deliberation to monitoring and management of all actions and all social indicators (with local, regional and global reports). The committees are held with plant directors and social teams and the regional committee with corporate directors. To prepare the material for this committee, this analyst should align concepts and information to prepare presentations.
Support local teams (including Action plans) by analyzing information on all action plans monthly in every location and reporting it to the committees.
Analysis of KPIs of projects used for leadership decision-making and reported in regional and global sustainability reports.
Governance and internal procedures to implement in the area's process and responsibilities such as authority limits, project approvals, KPIS measurement, terms and definitions, management of committees, and data management in general.
Support to “Monday.com System” and process improvements. Monday is a management system used by global for social performance and that is being implemented in the area since every database is now in excel but the base must be inserted and analyzed to connect with social performance.
This analyst will also be responsible for data security management by recording the deliberation of all initiatives.
This analyst will be responsible for consolidate every information and data of the social performance process and is also responsible for internal and external reports.
It's desirable for the professional to have some experience in process management.
What you can bring to this role:
Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering graduation, IT graduation, etc.
Experience with data management and less than this is acceptable for Social Performance experience.
Knowledge of corporate social responsibility practices will be a plus.
Microsoft Office, Power BI, Monday.com, Sharepoint
English – basic or intermediate
