THE ROLE

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting sales operations, business management, and strategic decision-making through data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze business and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations across multiple data sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales execution and operational effectiveness.

Process Optimization

• Support ongoing reviews of business processes and develop strategies for improvement and automation.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with global operations teams to implement process improvements and system upgrades.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with RBMs to align business objectives and reporting needs.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
• Act as a liaison between regional sales and BMO teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into system solutions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current on industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for modernization and automation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and solution development.

• AIM and Data Analytics Teams
• System Channel and RMNC Teams

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in business analysis, sales operations, or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with innovation methodologies and process improvement frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
