We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for examining market data, conducting ROI (Return on Investment) analyses, and evaluating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to support strategic decision-making.

Your insights will help drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. The Marketing Specialist will work in tandem with various product segment leads as well as with the central AMD Marketing team EMEA and will report onto the EMEA Integrated Marketing Team Lead.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct ROI analyses to assess the profitability of projects, products, or initiatives.
• Monitor, measure, and report on KPIs to evaluate business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales, finance and segment teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
• Support strategic planning by providing insights based on data analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
• Provide data driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI)
• Knowledge of market research, ROI calculations and KPI metrics
• Exceptional time management skills, interpersonal skills & keen eye for detail
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• The candidate will need to demonstrate drive, ambition and be self-motivated
