THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Distribution Sales Manager to be part of the Embedded sales team in Korea. This role is customer-facing and will be responsible for building AMD's Embedded Distribution business in support of our customers' FPGA, SoC, and Embedded x86 base system design. You will be responsible for driving business development with two Korea Distributor partners by evangelizing AMD technology, building sales programs, enabling sales teams through training, and managing key customer executive relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive revenue growth through Korea distributors for AMD FPGA, Adaptive SoC, and Embedded x86 portfolios
- Execute regional growth plans aligned with AMD Embedded & Adaptive Computing business strategy
- Lead distributor sales execution, pipeline development, and forecast management
- Manage and enable distributor sales and FAE resources to scale design wins
- Support key design-win opportunities with strategic customers, ODMs, and Sis
- Accelerate Embedded x86 expansion via cross-sell from FPGA and SoC opportunities
- Collaborate closely with BU, FAE, Segment Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure strong execution
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of experience in distribution or channel sales within semiconductors or embedded markets
- Strong understanding of FPGA, SoC, or Embedded x86 solutions
- Proven ability to drive design-win–based sales in Korea market
- Experience managing and enabling distributor sales and FAE teams
- Strong English/Korean communication and collaboration skills with internal cross-functional teams and external partners
- Self-driven, execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronic Engineering or related
