THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced commercial sales leader to drive AMD's growth across the Nordics, United Kingdom, Ireland and Israel — one of AMD's most strategically important enterprise regions. This leader will own the regional strategy and execution for AMD's commercial business, spanning data center compute (EPYC), AI acceleration (Instinct GPUs), enterprise storage and graphics, and Commercial Client PC solutions (Ryzen) across large enterprise and public sector customers. A major focus of this role is expanding AMD's footprint in the enterprise and public sector while driving co-selling motions with OEMs, CSPs, and channel partners. You will lead a seasoned regional team, build deep executive relationships, and position AMD's full commercial portfolio—including server, cloud, AI, and PC platforms—as the preferred technology across UK&I customers.

You are a proven enterprise sales leader with a strong command of commercial compute technologies and ecosystem selling. You know how to navigate complex customer environments, accelerate GTM motions with OEMs and partners, and drive material revenue growth.

You bring:

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise or public sector sales in the  region
  • Strong technical/business understanding of data center servers, CPUs, AI/GPU acceleration, storage, cloud services, commercial client PCs, and silicon
  • Ability to influence CIO/CTO/CDO-level leaders and senior technical decision makers
  • Track record driving co-selling with OEMs, CSPs, and channel partners
  • High integrity, polished communication style, and strong executive presence
  • Leadership aptitude—motivating, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, competitive market

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own AMD's regional commercial sales strategy, spanning data center, AI, and commercial client
  • Lead execution across AMD's full commercial portfolio:
  • Drive growth within top enterprise and public sector accounts
  • Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, CSPs, distributors, and channel partners
  • Lead co-selling efforts to expand AMD share across partner-led solutions
  • Develop account plans, deliver accurate forecasts, and hit regional revenue, share, and pipeline goals
  • Guide technical and commercial positioning to solve customer challenges with AMD's end-to-end solutions
  • Represent AMD as the senior leader in the regions customer and partner engagements
  • Collaborate with global OEM GAM teams, Business Units, Product, and Marketing to maximize alignment
  • Drive operational excellence, including governance, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline hygiene
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent for regional growth

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Leadership: Success leading enterprise/public sector sales across UK&I Compute Expertise: Strong understanding of data center, server, CPUs, GPUs, silicon, storage, enterprise graphics, AI accelerators, cloud workloads, and Commercial Client PC ecosystems OEM/Channel Ecosystem: Experience engaging PC/server OEMs, CSPs, channel partners Enterprise/Public Sector: Proven track record selling into highly regulated or complex enterprise/government environments Strategic Sales: Skilled in multi-year planning, joint GTM execution, and complex deal cycles Cross-Matrix Collaboration: Effectiveness working across BUs, engineering, marketing, and global sales operations Technical Acumen: Ability to articulate AMD's competitive differentiation across silicon, platforms, and workloads

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree required; technical degree strongly preferred
(MSEE or MBA desirable)

 

LOCATION:

United Kingdom (London preferred)
Regional travel required; occasional global travel
