THE ROLE:
As a Document Control Analyst, you'll manage and maintain controlled documentation that supports product development and compliance. Your work ensures accurate revision control, timely processing of change orders, and smooth collaboration across engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. This role offers exposure to product lifecycle management and the chance to learn industry-standard systems in a dynamic, detail-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers document revision control to ensure appropriate security based on business need
- Assists with the assessment, and/or deployment of electronic document management systems
- Provide additional support to the Quality organization as required including maintaining original Quality documents, loading PDFs into the Quality SharePoint, updating controlled lists
- You will be responsible for seamless, rapid and global implementation of material, BOMs, and product data supporting the business strategies and supply chain requirements via the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process management
- Analyze, process, and track Change Orders and other design documentation submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput
- Interface with all necessary individuals in supporting departments in order to accurately process changes and structure new products released to mass production or customers
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
- Direct experience in process documentation preferred
- You must be motivated to work in a data driven environment
- Knowledge of Agile or alike PLM tools preferred
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Ability to be organized, detailed-oriented, multitasked, prioritized, and meeting deadlines as needed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a positive work attitude.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Diploma in a Business-related or Engineering-related field preferred
- Higher qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree, will be considered an advantage.
