THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized and solution-oriented Employee Relations Program Specialist to support operational excellence across the global Employee Relations (ER) organization. This role will manage a portfolio of ER initiatives, including global reductions in force (RIF), SharePoint governance, ER case documentation, and process optimization. The ideal candidate brings a passion for scalable systems, process efficiency, and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance ER procedure. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Project Management, Change Management & Execution 

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of ER organization projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery. 
  • Overseeing the change management process, ensures policy compliance, and drives continual improvement. 
  • Drive planning and execution of global reduction in force (RIF) processes, partnering and managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and consistency. 

Documentation & Systems 

  • Maintain and govern the ER SharePoint site, ensuring content is current, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards. 
  • Oversee archival of Er related documentation according to Corporate Record Keeping standards.
  • Create and maintain employee case folders for ER matters across the Americas, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. 
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support ER processes and documentation. 
  • Process Optimization & Scalability.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve ER procedures and support continued scalability.  
  • Apply AI-driven automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.  
  • Collaborate with ER leadership to assess current workflows and recommend improvements. 

Tools & Technology 

  • Utilize SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet and the Microsoft suite to manage projects, track cases, and analyze data.  
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled tools and platforms to support ER case management, reporting, and knowledge sharing. 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or a related field.  
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in a global environment.  
  • Strong understanding of RIF processes and compliance considerations.  
  • Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet and Microsoft Suite (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, slide design, etc.).  
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms and demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency.  
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
