Chinese Support Community Intern

ONSITE: This role requires the student to work on Shanghai office throughout the duration of the Co-op/Intern term. 3-5 working days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Moderate Chinese Technical Support Community.
• Support users issues in Chinese Technical Support Community.
• Finish Product supportability task and write technical Blogs.
• Analyze data of Community.

Qualifications:

• 3rd or 4th year Bachelors or Masters student in Electronic Engineering, or related Computer Science/Engineering degrees.
• Good knowledge of digital circuit design including experience with VHDL/Verilog/HLS.
• Familiarity with Xilinx FPGA and system design tools including Vivado, Vitis and Zynq.
• Familiarity with embedded OS development and C programming.
• Excellent writing, communication, teamwork & problem-solving skills.
