THE ROLE:

This  team is seeking a Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventorying of hardware and components.

THE PERSON:

In this role, you will be responsible for daily tasks that may include: tracking inventory and availability of products, ensuring order fulfillment and recording and providing documentation for each shipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Daily Delivery OB report running & monitoring
• MI3xx SO / STO shipment processing
• MI3xx RMA system transaction processing
• MI3xx inventory reconciliation
• Vexos NPI Goods receipt processing
• GCC Enduser RMA processing
• INCA fallout reconciliation
• Monthly Warehouse Metrics report
• Monthly DQM report
• Monthly VMI payment request processing
• ISO9001 audit preparation
• Superuser to solve system problems with GL team

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

• Proven experience with Warehouse/Supply chain operations
• Excellent verbal & written communications
• Strong attention to detail
• Good proficiency with Excel, Power Point.
• Proficiency with SAP
• Proficiency with INCA
• Self-starter
• Fluent in Mandarin a plus

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred
