THE ROLE:


We are looking for a Materials Technician to join our team in Secaucus, NJ. In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative environment that keeps our operations running smoothly from managing inventory and shipments to supporting new product introductions. You'll gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, work closely with quality and operations teams, and play a key role in keeping our warehouse organized, safe, and efficient. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure accurate physical and transactional movement of inventory through receiving, shipping, and stock maintenance.

  • Support accurate recordkeeping by entering data into SAP, SharePoint, and ERP systems while running necessary reports.

  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including documentation, packaging, and issue resolution.

  • Partner with quality and operations teams to address discrepancies and improve workflows.

  • Uphold warehouse organization and safety standards, including 6S practices.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and inventory accuracy.

  • Lead NPI rack build activities and support RMA/RTV processes.

  • Assist with special projects and cross-team initiatives as assigned.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail with proven organizational skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and delegate tasks when needed.

  • Comfortable with physical work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Additional coursework or certification in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics desired.
