THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Pricing & Quoting Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives that optimize our quote‑to‑cash (Q2C) and rebate processes. This role partners with Finance, Sales, Business Units, Deal Desk, and IT to deliver continuous improvement projects, implement automation, manage workflow changes, and oversee system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Model N, and Vistex, and a strong understanding of both quoting and rebate management in a complex B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead CPQ and rebate transformation projects across CPQ workflow applications.
- Facilitate workshops focused on business process mapping, workflow documentation, and ideation to define future-state processes.
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle: intake, scoping, roadmap, execution, UAT, and go‑
- Design and implement workflow improvements to reduce quote cycle time and improve rebate accuracy.
- Drive automation and system upgrades in CPQ and rebate tools; coordinate with IT and vendors.
- Ensure compliance and governance for pricing, discount approvals, and rebate programs.
- Develop change management plans and enablement materials for global stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics for quoting and rebate processes; report impact to leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management within Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence.
- Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, Model N, and Vistex implementations or enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of quote‑to‑cash workflows and rebate/incentive management.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops for process design and documentation.
- Expertise in process design, change management, and agile delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance, Sales, and BUs.
- Semiconductor or complex B2B/channel environment.
- Familiarity with ERP pricing integrations (SAP).
- Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum prefer.
LOCATION:
Penang, Malaysia (Occasional travel for workshops and go-lives)
