EMEA Sales Support Specialist
THE ROLE:
The AMD Adaptive & Embedded Computing Group (AECG) team is looking for a Sales Support Specialist, who will play a fundamental role in revenue growth objectives by working independently with our sales, business, and operations teams. This is an Entry Level role, or ideal for someone early in their career in Sales Operations, or Business Operations.

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
Proficiency in German preferred to effectively communicate with local teams.

Possess a structured mindset, able to organize tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and approach challenges with clear, logical solutions.
Strong understanding of business systems and analytical reporting tool usage, understanding of use models, data structure and general business workflow
Effectively communicate a problem statement with a proposed solution
Identify redundancies and process problems; proposes improvements to own activities
Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to both internal teams and external clients.
Able to act as a trusted business partner to Field Sales, providing proactive support, strategic insights, and collaborative solutions to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Able to process and analyze data in Excel using advanced features such as Vlookup, Pivot tables to build charts and summarize data for business consumption
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design Registration Management
Quoting and pricing
Revenue Management and Allocation
Pipeline Management
Analytical Reporting
Tier One support for Field Sales
Liaison between Business Operations and Customer Operations to coordinate pricing and distribution
Customer Experience Liaison
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Microsoft Office experience required (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Salesforce.com experience preferred
Electronics manufacturing and supply chain experience preferred but not required
Must be interested in technology
Goal Oriented, Self-Motivated and Disciplined Work Ethic
Ability to Communicate Effectively (Written & Verbal) With Customers, Partners, and Internal personnel
Excellent Organizational Skills to Effectively Multi-Task / Handle the Various Tasks of the Role
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or other equivalent
