THE ROLE:
As a Senior Software Program Manager for Data Center GPU Software, you will drive execution of critical software programs while leading strategic initiatives that improve planning, prioritization, and delivery. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, and business teams to coordinate complex, cross‑functional efforts and scale the processes that enable long‑term efficiency and impact.

You bring structure to ambiguity, communicate clearly with technical and business partners, and connect execution to strategic goals—while keeping milestones, dependencies, and priorities on track
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead execution of key Data Center GPU software programs, including ROCm initiatives
- Build and scale product management and requirements intake processes
- Align roadmap inputs, customer needs, and technical priorities across teams
- Track program health, manage risks, and keep deliverables on schedule
- Drive cross‑functional reviews, status reporting, and executive updates
- Support release planning and readiness for major software deliverables
- Remove blockers, resolve dependencies, and improve cross‑team accountability
- Improve visibility, metrics, and operating processes to drive continuous improvement
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Several years of program management experience in software, platform, infrastructure, or related technical domains.
- Experience managing cross-functional software development programs from planning through release.
- Experience driving strategic initiatives related to process improvement, operating models, or program governance.
- Familiarity with product management workflows, requirements definition, and prioritization processes.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams in agile or hybrid development environments.
- Familiarity with GPU computing environments such as ROCm, CUDA, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and accelerated computing ecosystems is helpful.
- Strong program management experience in technical environments
- Ability to balance execution with strategic process improvement
- Experience driving cross‑functional workflows and governance
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing across teams
- Detail‑oriented, with the ability to translate technical work into clear plans and outcomes
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred.
LOCATION:
- Santa Clara, CA
