The Role: 
Join AMD's Consumer PC client team to drive engagement, sales and marketing initiatives for EMEA retailers and e-tailers. As Consumer Sales Sr Manager, you will lead a geographically diverse team, manage C-level relationships and deliver impactful sales and marketing programs across the region. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the Regional BDE (Business Development Executive) team to build a robust pipeline and accelerate business growth. 

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key executives at AMD retailers. 

  • Present confidently to diverse audiences, including executive leadership. 

  • Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. 

  • Own the end-to-end execution of sales forecasting & pipeline management, marketing budgeting, reservation & claiming process. 

  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness. 

  • Design and implement partner programs and customized sales plans to drive AMD consumer PC sales. 

  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify and capture new opportunities with differentiated AMD solutions. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (OEMs, alliance partners) to coordinate sales strategies, brand awareness and marketing campaigns. 

  • Provide feedback to enhance sales tools and promote AMD-based solutions. 

 

Candidate Profile: 

  • Proven experience leading diverse, geographically distributed teams. 

  • Strong track record in driving unit and revenue growth. 

  • Expertise in managing budgets and programs. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills up to executive level. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, Polish, Turkish, etc.) are a plus. 

  • Willingness to travel as required. 

 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Demonstrated success in PC client sales and marketing roles within retail, OEMs or alliance partners. 

  • Deep understanding of the EMEA consumer PC market. 

  • Established relationships with key OEM and channel partner executives. 

  • Background in technology business development or sales. 

 

Academic Credentials: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Electronic Engineering, or Systems Engineering preferred
