KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Lead and mentor a high-performance team of validation engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of validation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Optimize resource allocation across teams and projects to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and drive resolution of issues that impede validation progress.
• Ensure timely and high-quality validation for critical programs and manage post-silicon bring-up and debug activities.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and program management teams to align validation goals with product development milestones.
• Drive communication and coordination across global teams to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
