KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Supports manufacturing specifications and Bill-of-Material(BOM) throughout product life cycle.
Operation role in direct support of engineering development.
Responsible for sample's planning, tracking, scheduling and delivery of early prototype samples of our products to internal & external customers on New Product Implementation(NPI) & Sustaining product.
Works with multiple functioning teams such as product engineering and supply chain to resolve materials shortage, backlogs and potential schedule interruptions.
Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish sample schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements
Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing
Works on small to medium scale of process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity
Works on related projects and/or assignments as required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with material planning, logistics and scheduling.
Ability to learn and pay attention to details.
Strong organizational, time management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with local and oversea team.
Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Processes oriented thinking.
Experience with prototyping of electronic component is an advantage.
Familiarity with semiconductors and/or supply chain is a plus.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Fresh Graduate are welcome. Engineering Degree with a proven track record or equivalent combination of training and experience.
