THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer who is familiar with board-level testing methodologies and test scenarios for the server or similar hardware. This position has a specific focus on validating and testing the functionality of our boards. This role offers room for professional growth within our team.

THE PERSON:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our hardware boards. This individual will specialize in the validation and testing of board-level functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing test scenarios: You will create detailed and effective test scenarios that align with system requirements to ensure the functionality of our boards.
• Specializing in board-level function testing: Your expertise will be focused on the validation and testing of specific board-level functions. 
• Validating hardware functionality: A crucial part of your role involves validating that our hardware boards function as intended and meet all specified requirements.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Familiarity with server hardware architecture and related technologies such as BIOS, BMC, networking, etc.
• Familiarity with at least one operating system such as Linux, Windows Server.
• Good scripting language skills such as Python, Shell, etc.
• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Strong problem analysis and solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience in firmware testing within the server industry may also be considered.
• A strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and software testing methodologies is highly desirable.
