The Taipei, Taiwan based Manufacturing program management, reporting to the Director of Platform Procurement, familiar with server BOM structure and SMT process, experienced NRE quoted and reviewed, handle NPI PCBA build and track status and issues driven to close loop, coordinate with MFG & RD cross functions on DFX reviewed, problem solution orientation, PCBA process audit on NPI new projects, excellent communication skills interna, and internal with customers. Main contact of customers on NPI of MFG.

What You Will Do

• Capable of finetune and optimization PCBA equipment parameter and process enhancement
• Good knowledge of SMT machine & Processes
• Good at strain gage problem solutions and ability to review X-section and DnP results
• Ability to perform root cause analysis: solder shorts, skewed part, insufficient solder, cold solder, etc.
• Perform X-Ray analysis of leadless devices, QFN, BGA, and LGA modules
• Ability to interpret component data specification documentation
• Understanding of PCB design specifications
• Ability to assist and design manufacturing process tooling and fixtures
• Adept in handling project activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection, fabrication, team building and co-ordination with internal & external functions
• Work with suppliers' plan and develop processes and capacity utilization strategy for SMT manufacturing process
• Must be a creative and innovative technologist to be successful
• Collaborates and manages supply solutions to enhance the company's product(s)

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in PCBA SMT process
• Ability to successfully manage change and reset priorities in a highly volatile business environment based on new customer requirements
  Demonstrated technical aptitude: strong background in interpretation of blueprints / specifications, and manufacturing process planning / evaluation
• Basic knowledge about quality tools and statistical analysis
• Understanding PCBA test strategy and coverage
• Excellent communication, social, commercial, and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of English; both oral and written skills
• Excellent SMT process trouble shooting
• Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism when representing the company
• Proactively oriented to exploit opportunities and identify potential problems
• Ability to identify, visualize, articulate, and solve problems
• Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
