Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc. is hiring Sr. Supply Chain Specialists to Categorize freight spending based on lanes, service level, cost centers, adders, etc. Analyze freight spending and identify trends or areas of cost savings. Reports preparation and presentation to management. Drive improvement/cost-savings processes. Recommend the best shipment routes/agents/forwarders based on freight spending analysis and get buy-in from sites involved. Coordinate with Finance and key stakeholders to align data and resolve discrepancies. Work with AMD IT or Business Solution for reports automation or improvement requests.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: One (1) year of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering or data analyst role.

Specific skills required: The following skills are required:

Position requires one (1) year of experience with the following technologies and/or skills:

1.Python;

2.MS SQL server or SQL;

3.Power BI, Tableau, or Data Visualization;

4.Integer Programming;

5.DAX/Power Query M Script;

6.Data Governance (DQM);

7.Data ETL; and

8.Supply chain planning and management.
