Job Role and Responsibility: Xilinx, Inc., a subsidiary of AMD, Inc., is hiring Staff Business Systems Analyst to Work with business users and subject matter experts to collect requirements and translate to technical design.  Modify databases and database management systems and/or direct developers and analysts to make changes.  Act as a trusted advisor to project leaders and management team.  Clone orgs and refresh databases, then seed the org with data that needs to be tailored to the type and size of databases.   Communicate Salesforce upgrades, including all types of Sandboxes leading to production.  Identify, investigate, and resolve database performance issues, database capacity, and database scalability.  Develop scripts for Data Migration.  Develop and maintain integration code and interfaces.  Train staff and write clear and easy to follow documentation.  Will work closely with Development and Support teams to provide technical leadership and analytical problem solving.  Analyze complex business use cases and propose scalable solutions.  Debug difficult, complex technical issues working with Salesforce support.  Review technical design with architect and work with developers to build. Test changes to database applications or systems.  Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, Data Science, or Information Systems.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a business system analyst, IT consultant, data analyst, database developer, or closely related role.

Alternate combination of education and experience: Employer will accept alternate combination of education and experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, Data Science, or Information Systems and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a business system analyst, IT consultant, data analyst, database developer, or closely related role.

Specific skills required: The following skills are required:

With either combination of education and experience, position requires two (2) years of experience with the following technologies and/or skills:

• Performing code reviews;
• Integration of third-party cloud solutions into Salesforce;
• APEX Programming (Triggers, Visualforce Pages, or Lightning Components);
• Data Migration, Data loaders, and SOQL;
• Git;
• Process Automation using Salesforce Flows;
• API Integration (REST and SOAP);
• Security and Access Control; and
• LWC Lightening Web Components.
