THE ROLE: 

This role is a high-visibility position with the NTSG business unit based in Santa Clara, CA. The role will partner directly with the product teams to drive meaningful business outcomes and analysis. This includes strategic analysis for key customers, contract review, internal/external audit engagement, SOX compliance, month-end close and financial reporting. In addition, the Staff Analyst will partner with leadership and other members to manage accounting activities.  

 

THE PERSON: 

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Consolidate / Coordinate quarterly close activities with finance team 
  • Rebate calculation and analysis for key customers 
  • Contract review 
  • Create slides for account reviews & financial results package 
  • Strategic deal analysis 
  • Own exit call evaluation and variance analysis 
  • Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions 
  • Build rhythm of the business processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction 
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis proactively and present findings to leadership 

PERFERRED EXPEREINCE: 

  • Finance and/or accounting professional experience 
  • Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience 
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve 
  • Ability to lead teams in a cross-functional setting 
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

ACADEMIC CREDITIALS: 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline preferred
