THE ROLE
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager – Thermal Liquid Cooling to be based in our Secaucus, New Jersey office. This role will lead sourcing and supply chain execution for Thermal Liquid Cooling solutions supporting server and rack-level systems. You will partner closely with suppliers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness, cost transparency, and supply continuity across all design and NPI milestones.

You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, take ownership through issue resolution, and consistently drive results beyond baseline expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead RFQs with Thermal Liquid Cooling suppliers, including:
- Costed BOMs
- NPI development costs
- Design change history across design milestones
- Manage and track Thermal Liquid Cooling BOMs and part numbers throughout each phase of the design lifecycle
- Own raw material readiness with Thermal Liquid Cooling suppliers:
- Track and report material shortages
- Partner with internal functions and suppliers to pull in delivery schedules
- Proactively reduce supply chain risk
- Release Thermal Liquid Cooling forecasts and demand orders to suppliers and negotiate delivery commitments
- Partner with Thermal Liquid Cooling suppliers and engineering teams to:
- Identify material readiness risks
- Execute mitigation plans
- Reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) exposure
- Maintain structured trackers and reporting mechanisms to support planning, execution, and decision-making
- Drive accountability through proactive issue ownership and timely resolution
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience supporting ODM/OEM manufacturing environments or server system solutions
- Direct exposure to supply chain, procurement, or sourcing functions
- Strong understanding of:
- BOM structures
- Design processes for Thermal Liquid Cooling in server and rack-level systems
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly:
- Excel (including data analysis, pivots, and lookups)
- PowerPoint
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; bilingual Mandarin preferred
- Solid foundation in procurement and supply chain principles
