The Role:

We are looking for our next team member to drive our Supermicro Server strategy and demand for AMD-based Supermicro products.  The primary focus is to win market share and grow sales for AMD EPYC and INSTINCT products within the APJ and India datacenter market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update APJ and India pipeline, and align funnel to drive business towards forecast
  • Coordinate and close sales pipeline opportunities between Supermicro regional teams and AMD 
  • Grow enterprise CPU and GPU market share for APJ and India regions
  • Work with AMD and Supermicro regional leaders to drive the AMD/Supermicro datacenter strategy and execution
  • Partner with Supermicro sales and product teams on business growth opportunites and align funding programs
  • Coordinate and support events and training and collaborate with AMD marketing and events teams to improve AMD presence and amplify the partnership
  • Drive channel programs and sales with partners
  • Be a part of a global AMD enterprise sales-out team and work with a network of specialists, technical, and business unit resources to drive the customer's direct sales bid participation and SI/disti/partner sales opportunities

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven sales and/or product experience in the server market, preferably with a background in AI and semiconductors in the enterprise and commercial segment
  • Familiarity with Supermicro and internal structure and operating model
  • Understanding of Supermicro's server portfolio is preferred
  • Clear understanding of sales process, forecasting and bid management 
  • Experience with marketing programs and deliverables to drive sales in the semiconductor industry 

Academic Credentials:

University or four-year college degree in Business or equivalent experience
