 THE ROLE: 

We are in search of an experienced program manager with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills to drive initiatives that modernize our internal software‑development lifecycle (SDLC), elevate developer experience (DevEx), and strengthen external vendor & internal customer relationships.

 

THE PERSON: 

As a Program Manager, you will partner with engineering leaders, platform architects, and external providers to deliver high‑impact tools, processes, and programs that enable our product teams to ship quality software faster and more reliably.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Drive end-to-end projects delivery: project planning, requirements definition, budgeting, dependency mapping, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.
  • Scope and prioritize DevOps & DevEx initiatives across CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, testing, release management, and self-service developer platforms.
  • Build and maintain integrated schedules & KPIs; track progress, surface risks, and deliver executive-level updates.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, security, SRE, and product teams to deliver secure, high-performing, cost‑efficient SW solutions.
  • Champion continuous improvement—identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and secure stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage vendor relationships & budgets: RFPs, SOWs, contract negotiations, spend tracking, and renewal planning in partnership with Procurement and Finance Teams.
  • Create and curate core project artifacts such as roadmaps, resource forecasts, and risk/issue logs; keep documentation current and accessible.
  • Collaborate with technical leadership to refine scope, estimate resources, and ensure delivery commitments are met.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Detailed oriented, self-driven with a strong sense of pride and ownership. Experienced in technical program management.
  • Proven track record delivering large‑scale process or tooling transformations that improved SDLC outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Lean practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and infrastructure‑as‑code.
  • Demonstrated strength in vendor management, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and problem‑solving skills; able to lead without formal authority.
  • Strong knowledge of productivity and project tools including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite 

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering 
  • Formal project management education, PMP / Scrum Master
