Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking for an Fulfillment Specialist located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Ensuring continuous production by fulfilling material orders according to demand and customer requirements 
  • Maintaining optimal inventory level and reducing slow-moving materials
  • Initiating and monitoring actions aimed at improving material flow in the company
  • monitoring and tracking supplier's on-time deliveries performance.
  • ensuring an efficient end-to-end supply chain for both internal and external customers.
  • Monitoring payments to suppliers and resolving payment blocks
  • Fostering supplier relationships on a partnership basis

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in SCM or planning & Fulfilment.
  • Communicative and team-oriented with excellent organization of own work
  • Flexible and service-minded with analytical thinking
  • Computer skills in MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish
  • Good knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably SAP will be an additional asset
