Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world's largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we currently have a unique opportunity as we look to add a Sales Manager EMEA - Modular to serve our clients across Europe.

Reporting to the Modular Sales Director, you will serve as the liaison between the client and Anord Mardix. The role will centre around managing the Modular Sales Process and pipeline working closely in close collaboration with the External Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain, Production and Logistics management team to achieve sales revenue targets, sustainable growth and accomplishing company and customer objectives.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage the new enquiry process to ensure that new business opportunities are assessed before initiating an intention to respond

  • Provide technical and commercial support to clients throughout the enquiry process, and be able to engage with clients/consultants to ensure we are in control of the design process

  • Produce and present periodic sales reports with data pivotal to key business making decisions

  • Produce regular forecasts using predictive models to identify future sales trends, as well as highlighting any factors that may affect / impact projections

  • Maintain regular contact with key customers

  • Provide sales team members with tools and timely information to ensure sales objectives are achieved

  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to ensure that the correct costs are being applied to all quotations and engage with suppliers to ensure we are securing the best possible outcome on pricing for our business

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role with demonstrable success in delivering best-in-class sales operations to achieve both sales revenue targets and company objectives

  • Technical background with expereince in Estimating

  • Highly computer literate with high level of PowerPoint expertise, PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and or Google Suite with hands on working knowledge of sales cycle, contact management databases and CRM systems

  • Superior organisational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, staff management plus development and operational skills

  • Excellent communication skills, a strategic, analytical thinker with effective problem-solving skills

  • Competent reporting capability

  • Team player with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient presentation skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of management

  • This position may include some travel and must be located within the United Kingdom
