Opportunity Specifics and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership skills and significant involvement in hospital initiatives.
- Leadership experience required.
- Must be board certified in Internal Medicine.
- Proven ability to lead a team to consistently meet and exceed quality metrics, with leadership compensation tied to these milestones.
- Significant administrative focus, predominantly Monday through Friday.
- Active participation in all administrative meetings into quality initiatives and MEC meetings expected.
- Outstanding communication skills are essential for collaboration with the team, operations, and hospital leadership.

Compensation: This Director opportunity offers a highly competitive salary with base of $400k. Along with attractive incentives linked to performance and quality metrics can lead to upwards of $500k or higher. Significant administrative focus, predominantly Monday through Friday.
