Description

B2B EDI Manager

  • Oversee and manage electronic data interchange operations to ensure seamless exchange of information between internal systems and trading partners.

  • Coordinate and monitor EDI and B2B transactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.

  • Develop and implement EDI standards, documentation, and protocols to facilitate effective digital communication processes.

  • Coordinate onboarding and testing of new trading partners and maintain existing partner relationships.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and establish integration frameworks.

  • Lead improvement initiatives, upgrades, and automation projects.

  • Conducts thorough testing and validation of electronic interchange processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Monitor process, system, and resource performance, analyze trends, set priorities, and generate reports for management review.

  • Provide reporting and analytics on EDI transaction performance and compliance

  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance electronic sharing of information.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience managing direct reports, project management, successful implementations of solutions, and budget preparation.

  • In-depth knowledge of electronic integration systems and protocols to effectively manage and troubleshoot electronic data exchange processes.

  • Strong technical skills to analyze complex data, validate data integrity and compatibility across various ERP, value added networks, partner portals and other various systems.

  • Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, OCI, ‘punch-out' processes, and the integration of EDI systems within the organization.

  • Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Experience managing other information technology functions, resources, and processes a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or proven work experience.
