Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic Catalog and Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will support various initiatives focused on website development, lead generation, and digital promotions. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal departments, including corporate communications, content group, product management, e-business, and MDM. This position will also be responsible for assisting with metric reporting, content creation, website design, and research.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create and support the creation of original content, including visuals, and video concepts tailored to each supplier's campaign an internal initiative.
- Propose timely and creative ideas that capitalize on industry and trends.
- Stay informed on platform trends, emerging features, and industry evolutions.
- Help manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across all social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, Threads).
- Source, organize, and manage assets from external suppliers for campaign creation.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialists and Digital Marketing Manager on a weekly basis through strategic meetings and conversations to always be synced daily and provide support when needed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the success of campaigns, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
- Design and edit website designs for future Applied initiatives on HubSpot
- Research and develop Applied outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and visibility.
Qualifications + Skills:
- College student studying Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Business Management or other related areas of focus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience in HubSpot
- Examples of recent work like social media content, short-form videos, graphics, etc
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Shows up to work ready to learn, grow, and innovate.
- Understanding of social media platforms.
- Ability to capture, edit, and post content.
- Ability to work independently
