- Job Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 2 years in OB with L&D experience.
- 1 travel assignment REQUIRED
- Critical access hospital experience highly preferred
- Schedule Information
- Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend, holiday rotations.
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: as above - we staff to AWHONN guidelines.
- Unit Specific Information
- Average Daily Census: Highly variable. Average monthly delivery rate is ~ 10/month. With covid we are advocating for early discharge (24 hour), so can go 24+ hours with no patients.
- Scrub colors: Any - but provided if they go into surgery
