Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales of advanced fluidics solutions (valves, manifolds, flow sensors, hoses, fittings, weldments, chemical delivery modules, liquid leak detection) to key accounts in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategic account plans and revenue growth for key semiconductor customers (OEMs, foundries, IDMs, fab equipment suppliers)
  • Build multi-level relationships with engineering, R&D, procurement, and executive teams
  • Identify needs in CMP, photoresist dispense, wet etch/clean, ultrapure water, cooling, and contamination control; position our fluidics portfolio to improve yield, reliability, and CoO
  • Manage full sales cycle: discovery, technical proposals, PoCs, negotiations, design-in, and account expansion
  • Collaborate with applications, product, and R&D teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Meet/exceed sales targets, forecasts, and pipeline goals using CRM
  • Travel up to 25% (US West Coast, Arizona, Texas, Singapore, Taiwan, India) for customer visits and events (e.g., SEMICON)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred) or Business field
  • 7–10+ years of direct technical sales/account management in the semiconductor industry, proven track record of selling complex capital equipment, components, or subsystems.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (front-end, back-end, wafer fab tools) and the critical role of fluidics in areas such as chemical delivery, CMP slurries, photoresist coating, wet etch/clean, ultrapure water, cooling liquids, and gas/liquid precursors.
  • Proven track record managing key accounts, navigating long sales cycles, and achieving growth
  • Demonstrated ability to engage technically with engineers while also driving commercial outcomes with supply chain management teams.
  • Experience with fluidic products (valves, manifolds, fittings, flow sensors, hoses, weldments) strongly preferred
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce); familiarity with strategic selling frameworks a plus
  • Existing semiconductor network (Applied Materials, Lam Research, TSMC, Intel, Samsung, ASML, etc.) is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $165,000 – $245,000 per year depending on experience. This includes salary $90,000 - $125,000 and uncapped monthly commission, and potential bonus opportunities. The bonus opportunities for this position can be tied to company, location and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed. All full-time associates are eligible for typical employment benefits expected from an industry leader (including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, life insurance, time off, employee assistance, etc.).
