As a Business Operations Manager, you will be working to support BMC's Go-To-Market (GTM) Operational and Sales teams. Business acumen is essential as most of the time you will be working with senior leaders in Sales and Operations.

We are looking for an individual that is passionate about customer service and keen in continuous improvement, therefore making a difference to our internal stakeholder experience.  Candidates should be highly dynamic, meticulous with a process driven approach and have exceptional communication skills to build strong partnership and support at all levels of the organization. 

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

• Deliver Operational Excellence – Lead your organization operational cadence including strategic planning, forecasting & pipeline management thru a laser focus on metrics and operational reporting.
• Drive Strategic Transformation – Support your organization transformation projects with 
• program management support to ensure strategic alignment, key stakeholder engagement, 
• and successful execution.
• Establish close working relationships with BMC executives, colleagues, and stakeholders. Leads through influence.
• Data preparation, transformation, and analysis to support analytics and process execution
• Drive and participate in new initiatives that positively impact the organization in a meaningful way
• Continuously evaluate, seek feedback, and look for ways to improve the level of service and support to our stakeholders

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business or related field.
• You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or similar function leading multiple complex initiatives from conception to execution in a fast-paced work environment.
• You possess meticulous organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail.
• Your excellent written and verbal communication skills allow you to make compelling, data-driven, recommendations for change at all levels in the organization
• You have experience working with sales and marketing automation software, strong data analytics and program management skills, and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end processes and drive decisions
