  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend challenges, ensuring high-quality performance and user experience.
  • Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies and frameworks, driving continuous innovation.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and technical excellence.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in Java-based frontend development, with 5+ years as a frontend tech lead.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular and AngularJS, as well as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Eclipse RCP, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS in web-based environments.
  • Proficiency in UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Next.js, and Svelte, along with UI design/prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Axure).
  • Experience with UI testing and automation (Selenium, Playwright) and static code analysis (Sonar) for automated reviews and quality assurance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for high-performance, scalable applications.
  • Hands-on experience with various DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL) and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
  • Security-first mindset, with a strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and high coding standards.
  • Proven ability to set development standards (code reviews, automation, deployment workflows) and collaborate with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, Agile best practices, and experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, taking full ownership of responsibilities with a strong sense of accountability.

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:
