Description
The Equipment Supply Clerk is responsible for the distribution and collection of all hand-held equipment stored in the equipment cage (RF Scanners, batteries, portable printers, hand trucks, etc.). This role supports the department in ensuring all equipment stays in good working condition by reporting and tracking damages, monitoring missing equipment, and logging RF Gun issues. The Equipment Supply Clerk assists in submitting repair tickets through the web portal for scan gun and portable printer issues. This role is also responsible for counting, recording, and ordering all of consignment cage supplies; tracking and monitoring all depot consignment orders; and assisting with administrative support to other departments as necessary with reporting, researching and resolving issues in a timely manner. This position reports to the Analytics Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
- Distribution and collection of all equipment
- Counting, recording, and ordering all of consignment cage supplies
- Track and monitor all depot orders and log into SharePoint
- Provide administrative support in reporting, researching and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain working knowledge and competence of all systems
- Other duties as assigned
- Decision Making Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision of the DC Managers, work is performed within standard policies and procedures with little opportunity for unreviewed decision-making
- Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. May provide routine information and support to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of SAP EW1 and ER1
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings
