Job Overview 

As a Retail Guest Support Associate at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll be the go-to resource for providing behind-the-scenes support to our showroom team and customers. Whether full-time or part-time, your role will focus on ensuring a seamless customer journey by processing orders, managing deliveries, and providing prompt and empathetic service over the phone and in person. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys problem-solving. 

This position requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

Pay:$16.35 advance against commission
