As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Specialist at Bob's Discount Furniture, you are more than just a sales associate—you're a trusted advisor, a customer champion, and a team leader on the showroom floor. This is a full-time, in-store position requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
Ability to engage customers and deliver exceptional service
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
Effective team collaboration and leadership potential
Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand, walk, and move about the store for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. without assistance; up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and other physical activity throughout the day
Ability to sit or stand continuously to complete assigned tasks
