Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Manager to lead and manage change as part of our enterprise transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to comprehensive change management strategies, designing and executing change and communications components of the strategy to prepare, inform, and support employees through various organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support organizational transformation initiatives.
Facilitate and lead change management activities, including from/to framing, stakeholder analysis, pulse checks, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
Connect change management and communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication of change initiatives to all stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans and provide change management governance.
Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change effectively within their teams.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and communications efforts, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Role model change management frameworks and influence models.
Develop, deliver, and maintain change management reporting to key stakeholders and executives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating post-mortem reviews and identifying and implementing best practices in change management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, organization and change management, social work, communications, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
Current or recent graduate work in the field is highly desirable.
Proven experience in change management, with a track record of successfully leading large global change initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity or experience with the CAP Model is an asset.
Experience for familiarity with change management consulting ways of working.
Excellent writer, editor, storyteller. Superb oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience developing and maintaining business cases for change management.
Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, PMP) is highly desirable.
Required Experience:
3 to 7 years of experience in change management roles.
Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale change initiatives, stakeholder mapping and analysis and managing the associated communication strategies.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in coaching and supporting managers and supervisors in leading change within their teams.
Desired experience:
Experience leading change management plans for transformation of business operating model, or transition to global business services.
Excellent writer, editor, storyteller. Expert in AP writing style, familiarity with Smart Brevity and Axios HQ internal comms platform.
