As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, supporting, and improving network infrastructure and IT systems while providing comprehensive technical support to our schools and State team.

How You Will Impact Education

  • Analyze, support, and maintain critical education systems, including content filtering and surveillance platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and share technical documentation covering systems, processes, procedures, and best practices to promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate directly with end users to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system and computer-related challenges.
  • Analyze support trends to identify recurring issues and recommend proactive, scalable solutions.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve system issues and improve system performance.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to IT Managers on critical incidents, risks, and resolution status.
  • Stay informed on emerging computer systems and industry best practices to serve as a trusted technical resource for schools and internal stakeholders.
  • Quickly develop a strong understanding of systems, configurations, and features, effectively communicating their value and impact to end users.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel to other locations as needed to support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Three to five years of experience working in information technology, systems analysis, or a closely related role.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience supporting or administering NetSuite.
  • Experience working with ADP systems is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with computer hardware, software applications, and analytical problem-solving.
