CAPITAL MARKETS CLIENT AND SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

 

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Client & Sales Support Associate supports Capital Markets businesses by executing core client and sales support activities across assigned products. This role serves as a senior execution resource, handling more complex requests, supporting junior team members, and partnering closely with the Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support client onboarding, documentation review, trade execution support, and lifecycle events for assigned Capital Markets products.
• Act as a point of contact for Sales, Trading, Relationship Managers, and internal partners on client and transaction-related matters.
• Handle complex or non-standard client requests and issue resolution.
• Review documentation and ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies.
• Support control execution, including checklists, approvals, reconciliations, and issue tracking.
• Assist with process documentation, training, and onboarding of Analysts.
• Escalate issues, risks, and process gaps to the Lead in a timely and structured manner.
• Participate in change initiatives, new process implementation, and system enhancements.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• 4–7 years of experience in Capital Markets, Middle Office, Operations, or Client Support.

• Solid understanding of Capital Markets products and transaction workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
