Client Offboarding Services Specialist Sr WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? This position will work closely with various departments throughout the bank to assist and fulfill new account requests for bank clients. Responsible to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all sensitive, confidential and proprietary bank information. Ensures operational integrity of deposit accounts and processes transactions according to bank policies and procedures while in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Facilitates the offboarding of all products a client owns and that all data input and proper documentation is obtained and processed with operational integrity in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensures client letter creation is performed in a timely manner and communicates important information to impacted partners. Reviews all account documentation and assumes responsibility for proper documentation execution.
  • Provides insight and communication to product partners of client relationships deemed for offboarding.
  • Maintain high integrity when handling multiple cases over a prolonged time period, ensuring accurate and effective processing.
  • Ensures that all clients offboarded through the team are done according to established bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
  • Develops and builds relationships within CNB to facilitate account and product closure for customers being offboarded.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
  • Minimum 4 years of new account experience
  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $24.46 - $36.69 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
