LEAD COST TRANSFORMATION ANALYTICS WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Lead Cost Transformation Analytics works with Technology and Innovation to provide further visibility and transparency into T&I Expense Management. By implementing centralized processes, increasing reporting over T&I financials, and reviewing expense efficiency targets the cost transformation analyst will aid in T&I cost transformation teams oversight across T&I Financials. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Oversee implementation and documentation of centralized processes for T&I financial allocations, expenses, and reporting to increase financial routines and transparency.
- Lead review and challenge against T&I financial requests and spends.
- Drive collaboration, discussions and governance over T&I Business Units and T&I Finance in capital planning.
- Establish plans to oversee additional investment opportunity where possible, pursuant to changing business needs.
- Manage optimization of T&I budget through identifying prospective saving opportunities.
- Outline and lead location strategy team to align improve efficiencies in location strategy as well as improved reporting.
- Develop resource plans and drive data driven decisions on resource deployment and leveling.
- Establish partnership and alignment with T&I teams and leaders on Cost Transformation initiatives.
- Lead execution of activity to identify gaps, inefficiencies and challenges that exist in current state financial operating model.
- Review & refine target state model for continuation of cost transformation and cost saving programs.
- Gain and maintain a broad understanding of business, business needs, and how assigned technologies/domain drive and support the business.
- All other appropriate duties as required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of financial analysis experience
- Minimum 8 years of cost transformation experience
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- CPA - Certified Public Accountant
- PMP - Project Management Professional
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office, Project, and SharePoint
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $122,535 - $208,715 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
