LOAN ADMINISTRATOR I - CREDIT WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Provides loan documentation and operations support to special assets department in facilitating loan preparation and documentation activities. Serves as a liaison with lending team, City Loan Center (CLC), legal, and other departments to ensure all loan and DDA accounts are documented to fully protect the Bank's interests in the credit and deposit relationship. What you will do

  • File Management; Uploading and maintaining SSG Master Files in FileNet
  • Customer ServiceEnsures requests for loan servicing/maintenance are processed in a timely manner (e.g., pay downs, advances, etc.). Handles customer and CNB colleague (SAD RM, Credit Officer, Manager, etc.) requests for loan administration requests.
  • Mail Processing - Process all daily mail, including US Postal Service, FedEx, and interoffice mail.
  • Invoice Processing vie the Chrome River application.
  • Onboarding Vendors via the Bank's Vendor Management system, in close coordination with Accounts Payable.
  • Legal and other Third Party Invoice Tracking.
  • Monthly GL reconciliation for all Special Assets General Ledger accounts for credits and debits (outside of regular loan payments).
  • Administer the Call Back process for onboarding and offboarding clients.
  • Appraisals- Submit requests for appraisals for commercial and residential properties in RIMS. Reconcile and ensure the appraisal fees are input into the SSG Expense Tracking System.
  • Salesforce- adding and clearing Ticklers related to loan covenants during the onboarding and offboarding process..
  • Inventory/ Maintenance requests - submit requests through the Bank's supplier portal, COUPA.

Must-Have*

  • H.S. Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years' of experience with a financial services organization required
  • Minimum 1 year experience with financial software systems required

Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience working with a financial services organization required
  • Experience with a financial software systems required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PC applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Compensation Starting base salary: $22.27 - $33.43 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
