MANAGER INTEGRATED MARKETING Hybrid Schedule, Los Angeles, CA. WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Manager Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading integrated marketing programs across all paid (display, social, mobile, video, programmatic, audio, out of home, direct mail, branded content, search and print) and owned (web, branch, ATM screens, collateral, insights, email, mobile) channels. Manages multiple channel owners and teams that collectively support marketing strategies and initiatives that achieve our business objectives. This senior role collaborates with Martech, Marketing Platforms, Marketing Operations, division leadership, bank executives, product partners, compliance, legal, and others to assure flawless program execution. Must utilize analytical rigor and deep understanding of data-based planning and reporting for B2B, B2C and BBC programs across the full funnel and customer lifecycle to expand revenue, drive operational efficiencies, and deepen client relationshipThis role must unify teams for quick action and delivery. Be a change agent that can lead through transformations with one voice and always looking for ways to improve. Help shape the channel execution vision for the division. What you will do

  • Manage multiple channel owners and teams that work to achieve Marketing and business goals, including recruiting, hiring and managing colleagues. Inform and execute quarterly planning processes, manage channel pipelines and channel road maps.
  • Evangelize, train, and embed the understanding of your teams' function and goals to the larger Marketing team to increase collaboration, cross-training and channel performance. Build and maintain a strong partnership with the Marketing Strategy team.
  • Build partnerships with the MarTech and Platform teams to utilize all Marketing technology and tools. Build knowledge of the tools to be able to propose innovative channel ideas.
  • Develop innovative channel concepts, roadmaps and strategies to support Marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate and manage agency partners to deliver integrated programs. This includes program development through launches and reporting.
  • Ensure the team is knowledgeable of Heightened Standards requirements. Manage all Marketing risks across the team and adhere to all regulations, policies, standards, etc. Includes controls, monitoring, processes, procedures and heightened standard deliverables.
  • Prepares data analysis, insights and storytelling to present results to stakeholders and executives in timely, logical and understandable formats. Must identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing performance. Must work with partners to create dashboards and attribution models.
  • Manage budgets, deadlines and utilize testing strategies and controls.
  • Foster and maintain a culture of continuous learning, best practices and industry awareness and expertise.
  • Oversee execution collaboration between your teams and other marketing and LOB partners to ensure that program KPIs, execution tactics and measurements are uniform, effective and applied efficiently.
  • Assist with and manage vendor selection, onboarding, reviews, collaborations and renewals/offboarding through VMO.
  • Develop a talent pipeline and relationships with peers to increase knowledge, networking and recruiting efforts for your teams.

Must-Have*

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within integrated marketing management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with web and/or data analytics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing employees and teams

Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform ((Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Ad Cloud, and/or Adobe RTCDP+CJA+JO)
  • Experience with Salesforce (Sales, Marketing & Service Clouds).
  • Ability to lead people and get results through others, influence and drive quick decision making.
  • Ability to be proactive on both a strategic and functional level
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to distill key ideas for non-digitally centric teams.
  • Qualifications 5 years+ deep experience in fully managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge on a variety of all channel capabilities.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Fundamental understating of the different technologies and marketing stacks for implementation and tracking of integrated campaigns.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.
  • Provides excellent communication via phone, emails and direct contact.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive, executive-level presentation decks.
  • Knowledge of financial services / personal finance a plus
Compensation Starting base salary: $122,535 - $208,715 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
